This linear piston filling and capping machine is perfect for chemicals such as sanitizers, fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, detergents and products with a similar viscosity.

This machinery is suitable for filling and capping plastic jerrycans and bottles and it is composed of:

• Special loading table for feeding empty tanks on the conveyor;
• Correct tanks positioning control device;
• Piston filler with two volumetric piston dosers;
• Cap placing and capping station for pre-threaded plastic caps;
• Vibrating feeder for automatic feeding of caps on the belt;
• Caps elevator for automatic loading of the feeder;
• Negative cap detection system with pneumatic ejection;
• Induction sealing.

It is possible to customize the linear piston filling and capping machine for tanks and bottles according to customer’s needs. For example, it is possible to install dosers with brushless drive, hoppers with stirrer and heating system. The line can be completed by labeling machines, induction tunnels and inkjet markers.
