TELM S.r.l. also informs that, for the establishment and execution of B2B contractual relationships with its customers and suppliers, for the majority of cases legal entities, it may in any case come into possession of personal data of individuals (e.g. representatives, administrators, technicians, consultants, etc.), such as: Name/Company, telephone number, email address, city, country, data that are in any case functional and necessary for the establishment of future commercial and/or contractual relationships.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. Lastly, we process and protect the data that may be provided to us by sending applications for jobs that may be opened by Telm S.r.l. and for spontaneous applications and, in general, by sending the personal Curriculum Vitae collected and stored exclusively to consider any aforementioned application and are deleted, at most, 12 months after receipt.

The Data Controller does not request or collect through this Site special personal data referred to in art. 9 of the GDPR.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
Your data, as identified above, will be processed for related purposes:
- The implementation of obligations related to contractual obligations (legal basis for processing is the execution of a contract);
- The implementation of obligations related to legislative obligations and mandatory obligations by law in the tax and accounting fields (the legal basis of the processing is the need to comply with a legal obligation);

- To contact us via the contact form to request information (legal basis for the processing is the user's consent);
- To manage the user's personal area (legal basis for the processing is the user's consent);

The Data Controller announces that any non-communication, or incorrect communication, of one of the mandatory information, may make it impossible for the Data Controller to guarantee the appropriateness of the processing itself.
METHODS OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated and electronic tools (but also manually and then stored in “physical” archives) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Personal data, stored electronically, are kept and stored on a cloud server located in Italy, protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorized access, and specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Personal data will be processed by collaborators and/or employees of Telm S.r.l. as data processors, within the scope of their respective functions and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller, as well as by external managers specifically chosen and selected by Telm S.r.l..
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place within the territory of the European Union, namely at the aforementioned headquarters of TELM S.r.l. and are processed by internal personnel specifically responsible for processing, or by any person in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who submit requests to send information material, requests for availability or commercial quotes are used for the sole purpose of performing the requested service or provision and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the request.
If it is necessary to use subjects located outside the European Union, we inform you right away that these subjects will be appointed Data Processors in accordance with the GDPR and the transfer of Personal Data to these subjects, limited to carrying out specific processing activities, will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Title V of the GDPR.
Communication and Dissemination
TELM S.r.l., Data Controller, undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except, in certain cases, in order to comply with legal obligations and to carry out pre-contractual and contractual measures, it will be necessary to communicate your data to:
- The subjects authorized to process that carry out their activities at the Data Controller's office (employees, collaborators, partners, etc. );

DURATION OF TREATMENT — Data Retention (or Retention Mechanism)
The processing of personal data will have a duration equal to that necessary for the execution of the requested services, to which the additional statutory period in force (maximum 10 years if the data are used for administrative/accounting purposes) will be added. At the end of the data processing period, we will delete them, or we will permanently anonymize them.
Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes described in this Policy (1 year for Curricula data and 5 to 10 years in compliance with civil, fiscal and tax obligations). In particular, your personal data will be processed for a period of time equal to the minimum necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations, provided that it is not necessary to keep them further to defend or assert a right or to fulfill any additional legal obligations or orders of the Authorities. Personal data are not kept longer than necessary to achieve the specific data processing purposes described here, unless longer or shorter retention periods are provided in accordance with current laws.

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union and there are currently no data transfers to non-EU countries).

The following points serve to draw your attention to a series of rights that the Privacy - personal data protection legislation reserves for you in order to better protect your personal data.
Pursuant to articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), and articles 15-22 of the Regulation, interested parties are informed that, by entrusting TELM S.r.l. your personal data, you can exercise the following rights, the exercise of which is not subject to any form constraint and is free of charge.
