OUR PRECISION MECHANICS
CNC machining
Our company since 1973 has specialized in stainless steel processing. The entire production activity is carried out in-house with considerable competitive advantage.
Our machine park includes manual lathes and milling machines, along with CNC centers to meet imposing demands in terms of quantity and complexity. Our continuous pursuit of optimization combined with the state-of-the-art of our machines allows us to apply the concept of DONE-IN-ONE, that is, incorporating multiple machining operations into one machine achieving greater precision and faster machining times.
Performance to the client
The experience gained by Telm over the decades has been combined with the potential of CAMWARE programs for automated programming: these tools have advanced our machining strategies and allow us to perform simulations of operations on the PC (predicting possible errors in machining and estimating machining cycle times), as well as allowing us to operate with 5-axis machining strategies.
All this translates into a more efficient and flexible workflow, capable of optimizing machining times and meeting in detail the requirements of producing parts of the highest quality and reacting quickly to new market demands.

Our fleet of machines
Our fleet of machines consists of multiple state-of-the-art numerical control machines for processing mainly stainless steel and aluminum. The most complex work cycles are processed by CAMWARE programs (MATRIX CAM and hyperMILL®), and a quality and control department closes the job order cycle.

CAM Solutions
Our experience in this area has been combined with the potential of CAMWARE programs for automated programming. These software programs have revolutionized our machining strategies and make it possible to reduce machine uptime. The benefits gained from using these programs are:
- Perform machining operations that were previously unfeasible, thanks to programming and machining strategies using 5-axis technology.
- We are now able to perform fixed-tilt milling, automatic indexing and simultaneous 5-axis milling. Finishing by profiling and the recovery of residual material in 5-axis machining.
- Programming the machine from a pc and no longer on the machine: thanks to visualization simulations, it is possible to simulate the machining process, minimize errors and calculate lead times.
Simplify and speed up programming time thanks to numerous automated functions.
- Preventing possible collision during set up thanks to the anti-collision control system
- Detect cycle times of the machining performed so as to optimize the time available
- Thanks to optimized processes and reduced programming and machine tool operation times, our company is able to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. We are therefore able to meet in detail the production requirements of parts of the highest quality and react quickly to new market demands.
Quality control
Machining control is carried out with manual and 3D instrumentation suitable for measuring machining tolerances to ensure the highest quality standards for the customer.
