In recent years, the use of products for household cleaning and disinfection has become widespread. Telm’s dosing and filling machines for detergents and washing liquids are widely used in the field of personal care and household cleaning products.
We offer very flexible and easy-to-operate semi-automatic filling machines for detergents, as well as volumetric fillers for washing liquids for higher production runs. These machines are designed for a production output of around 2000 bottles/hour.
All of our volumetric filling machines for detergents and washing liquids are made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel and are equipped with bottom-up filling systems, anti-foam or anti-drip nozzles to optimise time and increase precision and speed.
Our filling machines can fill containers such as detergent bottles with pumps and dispensers, as well as tubs for industrial use.
The piston filling machines for detergents and washing liquids can be accompanied by capping machines for pre-threaded or press-on caps and labelling machines.
