Dosing Groups
Dosing groups are filling systems composed of volumetric dosers, valves and hopper.
Our filling systems can be configured according to the application specifications: the capacities of the volumetric doser, the dimensions of the valves, the characteristics of the nozzles, as well as hoppers and equipment to safely heat the groups in contact with the product can be customized.
Dosing groups to be combined with thermoforming machines, heat sealers or existing lines
Designed for the flexibility of laboratories and industrial departments, the dosing groups can also be easily integrated into existing machines, side-by-side and without the need for fixing to the structures.
These filling systems are available with on-board control units, either pneumatic or electric, to meet different operating requirements and levels of automation.
The range of our filling systems and dosing groups is completed by brushless-driven volumetric dosers and other special dosing units to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0.
Lastly, our filling systems can be wheeled or with a customized structure depending on the specific application.
