LINE 170 - Linear filling and capping machine for PET plastic bottle

‍Telm LINE 170 is a high-performance automatic filling and capping system, specifically designed for filling liquid and dense food products into PET bottles. This machine is perfect to fill fruit juices with pulp and pieces, sauces, tomato sauces, yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, dressing sauces, with a production capacity between 2000 and 4000 pcs/h.

Thanks to the precision of the piston volumetric dosers and the accurate movement guaranteed by the brushless motor-driven screw, the filling system ensures high standards of productivity and quality. The anti-drop valves are mounted on a brushless motor-driven up-and-down column, automatically adjustable in height from the control panel, and allow for always accurate dosing. There is also the possibility of carrying out the bottom-up filling.

• 3-heads rotary capping machine with automatic feeder for pre-threaded plastic caps;
