Telm pneumatic valves are designed and manufactured completely in-house. Made entirely of AISI316 stainless steel, the dosing valves are designed to be easily sanitized. Depending on the type, our dosing valves are suitable for dense products with or without chunks or pieces, as well as creamy and liquid products. We produce several sizes of the same pneumatic valve, in order to provide a suitable solution for the amount of product to be dispensed, and for fast and precise dosing.
Three-way conical rotary valves are available in three sizes for the passage of different quantities of product:
Conical rotary dosing valves can have a simple threaded nozzle outlet or can be followed by suitable two-way valves.
Two-way pneumatic valves are suitable for dense and liquid products that, by their nature, tend to thread and/or leak after being dispensed. Two-way valves can be equipped with a thread-cutting system, with a piston that closes at the bottom of the nozzle preventing it from leaking, for clean and accurate dispensing.
The nozzle is the final part of the product dispensing valve.
It can have 1" or ½" thread depending on the valve configuration. For each type, we have different sizes available and the nozzles are interchangeable with each other. This makes it easy to have several nozzles in the same machine.
It is also possible to make custom-made nozzles of special lengths, which are produced when bottom-up filling is required. In these cases, the thread-cutting nozzle is completely made to measure, again in AISI 316 stainless steel.
