DOS 03 - Maxi tabletop volumetric piston filler

Semi automatic pneumatic tabletop piston filler made of AISI316 stainless steel. Suitable for filling bottles, jerrycans and buckets for foods, cosmetics, chemicals, home care and personal care products.

Conveniently equipped with suitable gaskets, this filling machine can be used for all creamy and dense products in the following sectors:

• FOOD for products such as tomato sauces, sauces and dressings, dressing sauces, spreads, variegates, mayonnaise, ketchup, creams, yoghurt, oil and brine, and preparations for ice cream parlours and pastry shops.
• COSMETICS for products such as shampoo, creams, shower gels, conditioner, oils
• CHEMICAL for products such as insecticides, liquid fertilizers, paints, enamels, inks, detergents, disinfectants, acrylic colors.

This piston filler is specific to fill from 200cc to 5600cc with product feeding from tank through flexible hose or hopper. This is the largest volumetric piston in our production range.
