Heated piston filler for dense products that need to be heated during filling. It is particularly used for viscous cosmetic products such as candle waxes and hair waxes, cocoa butter, lip balms, ointments. The heated hopper allows the viscosity of these products to be lowered, making them more fluid and easier to dose.

This tabletop piston filler is a semi-automatic machine for filling thick cosmetic products such as uv gel, mascara, cocoa butter, lip balm and all those products that need to be heated in order to be easily dosed. In fact, often, by bringing the product to a temperature over 40°C, its viscosity decreases. Therefore, it is possible to dose into the container with precision and more speed.
The heated filling machine is equipped with a volumetric piston doser suitable to suck dense products. It is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and assembled with tri-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning and maintenance.
The heating system includes a 15 liter conical hopper, equipped with electric heating resistances in diathermic oil, electric heating bands on the doser and thermostated hoses where present.
This machine is suitable for products such as:

- lipgloss
- uv gel
- acrigel
It is possible to customize the machine with small nozzles, to be able to dose inside small bottles, or nozzles with special lengths for bottles such as lipgloss or mascara.
