LINE 38 - Linear piston filling and capping machine for toppings and creams

Linear piston filling and capping machine equipped with 4 volumetric dosers and a rotary capping system for pre-threaded plastic caps. Designed for PET bottles of creams, variegates, decoration toppings, syrups, fruit extracts and fruit jellies.

This linear piston filling and capping machine is composed of:

• Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
• In-line piston filler with 4 volumetric piston dosers;
• Rotary capping of pre-threaded plastic caps;
• Rotary accumulation table.

It is possible to equip the machine with 2 or 4 volumetric dosers, heated volumetric dosers and hoppers with stirrer and heating system. The capping station may be configured  in a rotary or linear way. The line can be completed with a labeling station and ink jet marker.
