Automatic filling and capping machine for foodstuffs into glass jars with twist-off aluminum cap. Suitable for high temperature products such as tomato purées, sauces, food preserves, jams and marmalades. It’s equipped with a heated hopper with stirrer to keep the product equally mixed.

This filling and capping monoblock consists of:

• Loading rotary table for empty bottles
• Filling with volumetric piston dosers;
• Heated hopper with stirrer;
• Caps vibrating feeder to automatically load aluminum twist-off caps;
• Capping station for aluminum twist-off caps
