LINE 66 - Linear piston filler for pesto, pâtés, sauces

Linear piston filler for pesto, pâtés, sauces, tomato sauces, jams and creamy and viscous food products. Designed for filling glass jars, the first station fills the jar, while the second station is intended for topping up oil.

This linear piston filler consists of:  

• Rotary loading table for empty jars;
• Filling station with volumetric doser;
• Oil filling station with volumetric doser;
• Rotating accumulation table.

It is possible to customize the line according to the customer's needs, such as installing up to 4 filling heads, also with brushless drive, installing capping stations and capsuling machines for twist-off caps or for pre-threaded plastic caps. Labeling machines, ink-jet markers, and hoppers with agitator complete the line.
