This linear piston filling and capping machine for bottles and tanks is composed of:

• Sturdy stainless steel structure;
• Piston filler with two volumetric piston dosers;
• Vibrating feeder for plastic caps;
• Capping station with placement of the cap through pick & place;
• 100 liters hopper with stirrer;
• Induction sealer.

The strong point of this machine is certainly its flexibility: it is equipped with two volumetric piston doser for filling bottles, plus an additional volumetric piston doser for jerrycans only.

The machine can be entirely customized, for example it is possible to install hoppers with heating system, and it is possible to install up to 4 volumetric dosers also with brushless drive. The layout of this linear piston filling and capping machine for bottles and jerrycans can be adapted according to the customer's specific space requirements.

Thanks to the complete stainless steel construction, this machine is also suitable for hot filling of tanks with sauce or tomato paste.
