Rotary monoblock for automatic filling and capping of herbal, galenic, liquid, fluid, creamy and dense cosmetics products such as shampoos, creams, liquid solutions, oils, douches. This filling machine is designed for soft bottles with pre-threaded screw cap or pressure cap with suction or spray pump.
The filling and capping machine is composed of:
- Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
- Filling with flow meters;
- Manual feeding of the caps on a dedicated belt;
- Automatic cap placing station with pick and place;
- Capping station for pressure caps or caps with plastic dip tube.
This automatic filling and capping machine for soft bottles can be customized according to customer’s requests. It is possible to install dosing units with brushless drive, hoppers with stirrer and heating system. The line can be completed with labeling machines and ink jet markers.
