LINE 140 - Linear piston filler for cosmetics

The 2-head filling line is designed to fill bottles and jars with cosmetic products such as shampoos, conditioners, lotions, creamy mousses, polishes, oils, creams, and shower baths.

One of the strenghts of this piston filler for cosmetics is certainly its versatility and flexibility. In fact, as it often happens in the cosmetic sector, containers of different materials and shapes can be handled with a very simple and quick format changeover.

To increase the production performance of the filling machine, we used a 2-heads filling system.

The product is fed into the machine through a 100Lt horizontal hopper, while the hopper is fed through a pneumatic bulk pump or IBC.

The cosmetic linear piston filler is composed of:

• Rotary table for loading empty bottles;
• N.2 Piston volumetric dosers;
• Rotary table for unloading filled bottles.

There is also the possibility to add an automatic capping station to our cosmetic linear piston filler, and completing the end-of-line with labelers, ink-jet markers, etc.
