Rotary filling and capping machine of PET bottles with creamy food, cosmetic and chemical products. It can also be used in the fields of natural fertilizers, biostimulant fertilizers for crops and gardens, agrochemicals, pesticides and liquid fertilizers.
The piston filling and capping machine consists of:
- Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
- Filling with dosers with automatic dosage adjustment by PLC;
- Vibrating caps feeder for automatic loading of plastic caps;
- Capping station for pre-threaded plastic cap.
This automatic filling and capping machine for dense products can be customized according to the specific requests of the customer. It is possible to install hoppers with stirrer, or dosers with brushless drive.
Labeling machines, ink-jet markers, induction sealing tunnels can complete the line.
