BI 78 - Automatic piston filling, capping and labelling machine

This automatic filling and capping machine is ideal both in the chemical industry for filling paints, pastes, oils and colors and in the cosmetic industry for filling shampoos, creams, shower gels in plastic bottles. It is also suitable also for glass bottles or rigid bottles.

This bi-block is equipped with a multi-head product dispensing system with volumetric piston dosers and a double-head cap placing and capping system for plastic bottles, glass jars and bottles.

Other dedicated end-of-line stations can be added such as labelers, markers, induction sealers, and sleeve applicators.
