The powder filling machine is used to accurately dose powdery or granular food products, such as impalpable flours, dried fruits, seeds, coffee beans, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, spices, bases for confectionery products, or cosmetic and chemical products, for example granules, seeds, dehydrated products, grits, crystals, pigments, resins, chemical powders.
It is therefore possible to accurately dose products of different grain size and fluidity, from dry products in grains or pieces to impalpable powders. Depending on the type of product and format, it is possible to opt for a machine with one to four vibrating channels, or with cochlea operation. The weight control system allows accurate and always precise dosing.
It is possible to combine this powder filling machine with a capping machine for both twist-off jars and bottles with pre-threaded plastic caps, or a capping machine for buckets.
