The filling operation is carried out by one of our volumetric piston doser of your choice, entirely made of AISI 316 stainless steel and assembled with tri-clamp connections for simple assembly and disassembly for cleaning and maintenance.
The robust wheeled structure allows the machine to be easily moved within the production area.
The 50-litres hopper is heated with diathermic oil resistances and is equipped with a stirrer to maintain an even temperature.
Thermostatically controlled pipes and heating bands help to keep the product hot, preventing stratification and blocking. The temperature of all the heating components can be adjusted independently from each other.
