FL 08 - Floor standing filling machine with movable handle

Semi automatic floor standing volumetric piston filler, equipped with AISI 316 stainless steel doser and movable handle.This trolley with filling unit was designed to allow the operator to have a moving dispensing valve and to fill moving containers.

It is very useful when filling trays, moulds, and single-portion containers placed on workbenches.

The wheeled structure is made of stainless steel and supports the product feeding hopper.

The filling operation is carried out by one of our piston volumetric dosers of the size chosen from those of our production, made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel, assembled with tri-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning and maintenance.

The trolley with movable handle is generally used for food products such as creams, savory pie fillings and single-portion creamy desserts.

The product dispensing valve is equipped with a pneumatic trigger and can also be applied to tabletop volumetric piston fillers.
