MONO 69 - Automatic piston filling and capping machine for dressing sauces

This piston filling and capping machine is designed for bottles and jars of creams, patés and dressing sauces,balsamic vinegar dressings and balsamic vinegar glazes.

The machine consists of:

• Automatic feeder for empty bottles;
• Sleeve applicator;
• Filling with volumetric piston dosers;
• Vibrating feeder for plastic caps;
• Capping station for pre-threaded plastic cap.

This automatic filling and capping machine for creams, patés, sauces dressing  can be customized  according to the specific requests of the customer. It is possible to install heated hoppers with stirrer, or dosers with brushless drive. Labeling machines, ink-jet markers, induction sealing tunnels can complete the line.
