Our machine fleet includes turning and milling machines together with CNC centers to satisfy important requests both for complexity and quality.

We make unique pieces, small batch series, an orientation consultancy on materials and we always have row material at stock. Our machines are of last generation and with thirty years experienced operators. Complex work cycles set up by the technical department (CAM department) are processed by CAMWARE programs (MATRIX CAM and hyperMILL®) and a quality and control department closes the order cycle.

The control processing is performed by a department with supervisors and operators with
suitable instruments for the measurement of machining tolerances.
CAM solutions

Telm’s experience in this area is combined with potentiality of CAMWARE programs for automated programming. These software have revolutionized our machining strategies and allow to reduce time to use machines. The advantages obtained from the use of these programs are:
- Carry out some work processing not feasible so far, thanks to programming strategies and working with 5-axis technology. We are now able to make fixed angle milling, automatic indexing and 5-axis simultaneous milling. Finish by profiling and the residual material in a 5-axis machining.
- Program the PC machine and not only on the machine: thanks to simulations with the display, you can simulate the process, minimize errors and calculate production times.
- Simplify and speed up programming time thanks to the many automated functions
- Prevent possible collision being set up through the system to control anti-collision
- Determine the cycle time of processing performed in such a way as to optimize the time available.
Thanks to optimized processes and reduced programming and use time of machine tools, our company is able to ensure efficient production and cost. We are therefore able to meet production needs in the realization of pieces of the highest quality and react quickly to new market demands.
