LINE 85 - Linear capping machine for aluminum capsules and pre-threaded plastic caps

Linear capping machine perfect for closing aluminum capsules on glass jars and pre-threaded plastic screw caps on PET bottles. The machine is equipped with pick and place and caps feeder.

The linear capping machine is composed of  

• Automatic caps orientator on specific loading belt;
• Caps feeding belt;
• Cap placing with Pick&Place system;
• Capping with twist-off aluminum capsule head or pre-threaded plastic screw cap head.

Recommended in combination with 2-heads or 3-heads piston filler.

Multiple customization possibilities according to specific customer requests. The line can be completed with labelers, markers and other end-of-line machines suitable for the application.
